How long will my order take to ship?
Processing is completed within 1 business day, weekends and holidays not included. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, Sundays and holidays not included.

Please note all preorder and customized jerseys can take up to 4 weeks to process and ship.

Where do I pick up my order?
Please note all pickup orders will only be available after gates open on home match days. You will be required to have a ticket to enter the stadium in order to pickup your order.

Pick Up orders must be placed by MIDNIGHT the day before a match to be eligible for Order Pick Up.

Please bring your order confirmation number and a form of ID for pick up.

Pick Up will be available inside Store 114.

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we ship to all countries except for Russia and Argentina.

Please note any international shipping requests are subject to approval. The $30 shipping fee is an estimated shipping cost. All duties and taxes will be charged back to the receiver.

How do I check my Tracking Number?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email listing your tracking number from orders@kansascitycurrent.com

Please check your spam folder if it does not show in your inbox. It can take up to 12 hours for tracking to post on your tracking number.

Where do I pickup my blanket if I purchased a Blanket and the Berm ticket special?
Ticket Central, located to the right of the DJ on the center of the concourse inside Gate A, will pass out any ticket packages.

How do I use my STM Discount on Merchandise?
We offer a 15% discount to Season Ticket Members on in-stadium purchases and online. Please note you will be required to show your Season Ticket Membership card to redeem in-stadium.

If a product is sold out in stadium, can I order it online?
In Stadium stock is separate from our online store. Please note that we are unable to guarantee that a specific style or size is available.

How do I order Member Exclusive Merchandise?
Member merchandise is available to purchase with a password that you can get from your ticket rep. Please note that member merchandise is exclusive to those with season ticket memberships. Please contact tickets@kansascitycurrent.com if you are interested in purchasing a membership.
